2D CAD & 3D Modelling

Using the latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) software, we produce a variety of 2D and 3D designs and drawings.

We produce technical drawings for the rapid development of initial schemes and layouts; 3D modelling enables us to create full detailed designs and produce realistic images and renders for marketing purposes.

Our team of engineers transform concepts and ideas into detailed visual designs, with the ability to perform stress analysis to prove the concept.

Fabrication Drawings

We use 2D and 3D CAD to produce fabrication drawings, detailing the parts and processes involved in the manufacturing process.

Our part and component drawings give an idea of how the finished part or parts should look, as well as providing crucial information on the materials, dimensions, tolerances and surface finishes required.

We produce assembly drawings providing comprehensive instructions for the assembly of full products or individual parts. These generally include all components to be manufactured, a Bill of Materials detailing the parts required, a list of fixings (e.g. nuts, bolts, washers, etc.), and other information such as properties and weights of components.

Rendering

We use cutting-edge technology to convert 2D fabrication drawings and 3D models into realistic renders.

We use rendering to highlight particular attributes and unique benefits of your product in a way that professional photography cannot achieve, whether that be through exploded and section renders, or animations showing how the product will work.

We produce renders from existing 3D models, or create our own from sketches provided by the customer. Rendering can give our customers an edge over their competitors, increasing their audience engagement and marketing.

Our rendered images are mainly used for visualisation of a product concept, and are often created for marketing materials or sales pitches.
